New approach of solving nursing staff shortage

Los Angeles, California: Introducing Scrubfly, a mobile app for hiring nurses nearby. An interactive platform allows finding and hiring nurses within minutes and without much effort. The application resolves significant staff shortage issue for providers from one hand, and open new career possibilities to nurses from another. Scrubfly is serving as a bridge between nurses and home health providers. Both just need to download it from App Store or Google Play, get verified and get started.

Company management is very careful with the verification process and only verifies real nursing professionals and employers.

In addition to an app, Scrubfly supports nurses and organize small group trainings and comprehensive help to those nurses who are new to Home Health and Hospice services.

Co-founder shares her motives and main purpose of this application: “As permanent staff members - nurses are underpaid. Usually they don’t have enough time to search for a side gig to increase their monthly income. At the end of the day, they just want to drive home and have a good night’s sleep. But what if I tell you that on their way home any nurse can pay a one-hour visit to a patient, administer some medication, see how they are doing, and get paid a decent hourly wage? Sounds interesting, right? With Scrubfly, this is made possible”.
